Richard Seiden
Richard is an Employee Retirement Income Security Act attorney and Senior Vice President and Director of Legal Services for USI’s benefits brokerage and consulting operations.
He provides support and expertise on the regulatory and compliance issues affecting employee benefit programs for USI’s Mid-Atlantic Region and has over 35 years of experience including the development and management of legal support functions for major consulting firms. Prior to joining the USI family in 1992, he was a senior partner in the employee benefits practice of a major New York City law firm.
Richard is a frequent speaker and writer on employee benefit issues and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Journal of Compensation and Benefits and a contributor to the Employee Benefits Handbook.
