Bretton Woods is the ideal setting for important corporate or private events. The facilities are located just 15 minutes from the Capital Beltway in a parkland setting, complete with 285 acres of scenic views, an 18-hole golf course overlooking the Potomac River, and a comfortable clubhouse atmosphere.
The course is well above par and skirted by acres of picturesque landscape, the outdoor ambience and amenities include a clubhouse overlooking the course, practice area with separate chipping and putting greens, bunker practice area, and a full driving range.

Once again this year we are accepting sponsors at various levels of support – gold, silver, bronze and pewter.
All levels of support will receive:
- Thank you on table tents
- Announcement at shot gun start
- Announcement at beginning and end of dinner
- Signage
In addition, the following benefits are available for the various level sponsors:
GOLD LEVEL $2000
- Display area to demonstrate latest innovations and Green Products. All golfers will proceed past the display area when going to registration. Display area will be approximately 3 ft x 6 ft.
- Four free tickets to include dinner and golf – these tickets are transferable
- Banner-type signage at entrance to dinner pavilion
- Ten minute presentation at one of the luncheon meetings (excluding the holiday luncheon)
SILVER LEVEL $1000
- Two free tickets to include dinner and golf – these tickets are transferable
- Banner-type signage at entrance to dinner pavilion
BRONZE LEVEL $500
- One free ticket to include dinner and golf – these tickets are transferable
- Recognition on signage for the box lunches or beverage carts
PEWTER LEVEL $100
- Recognition on signage banner.
