Why join CABSC
We stay on the cutting edge of what is going on within our industry - new products, government affairs, labor relations and other industry related issues. Joining our Association also gives you the opportunity to network with others who are in the building service contractors’ field.
What CABSC can do for you
CABSC's goals are to improve conditions in the building services industry for the benefit of members, customers and the public through:
* regular meetings with a speaker or panel discussions on topics pertinent to the industry
* supervisor training that brings together suppliers, owners and supervisors, managers and customers for educational seminars
* a voice with the federal and local agencies and other associations in the community
* an atmosphere of comradship among business people for a free and open exchange of ideas and information
* an interest and involvement in community and government affairs as they affect our industry

Benefits of Joining
Our members receive discounted rates for our luncheon meetings and supervisor training seminars.
Our local association is partnered with Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). This gives us additional insight into what is going on in our field both locally, nationally and internationally.
BSCAI will provide a 50% discount off their first year's membership dues for all Partner Association members who are building service contractors and who are not currently or have never been a BSCAI member.
We provide the chance to win various scholarships and awards for our member companies such as:
- chance to win language classes for your workers or the Rosetta Stone language program for yiour company or an employee in your company
- fully paid classes and books for the RBSM or CBSE designation
- registration fee and partial expenses for the BSCAI annual trade show and convention

How to join
The fee for membership is $495 per year. This can be paid by credit card or check. Just fill in the application and either mail with your check payable to CABSC or fax with your credit card information to:
